The non-refundable deposit for the tattoo will be applied to the final cost upon completion of the tattoo. This deposit compensates the artist for their preparation time. In the event of a no-call no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Tattoos by Noelle™ mandates a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Tattoos and piercings are quite safe when artists and studios adhere to Universal Precautions and Blood Borne Pathogen Safety Standards. At Tattoos by Noelle™, client safety is paramount, with sterilization standards that exceed local health codes and regulations. The consent form completed by clients prior to the procedure may highlight specific circumstances where a tattoo may not be suitable; should such a situation arise, we will address the safety concerns with the client, although such occurrences are infrequent.

Indeed, we accept walk-in appointments during our regular business hours on a first-come, first-served basis. To check availability, kindly email Tattoos by Noelle™ directly. Please note that a deposit is not necessary for walk-in tattoo appointments.

Absolutely, you can. Since the tattoo will be a permanent addition, it's important to us that you're satisfied. Feel free to bring any references that might assist in capturing the design you envision. This enables your artist to craft the ideal tattoo for you, whether you have a precise concept in mind or are still exploring possibilities. We're eager to collaborate with you to design a bespoke artwork that you'll cherish indefinitely. Please note that Tattoos by Noelle™ will not infringe on another artist’s work.

Typically, a new tattoo can "cover up" or "correct" most existing tattoos, even those that are poorly done. To schedule a consultation, please send us an email. Remember to attach reference images of your current tattoo and your ideas for the cover-up. We value honesty; if we believe a tattoo cannot be successfully covered, we will inform you during the consultation and explore alternative options to guarantee your satisfaction. At Tattoos by Noelle™, we take great pride in our craftsmanship, with client satisfaction as our foremost concern.

You can expect a response from Tattoos by Noelle™ within 24 hours of submitting your appointment request via email. Tattoos by Noelle™ offers complimentary touch-ups on all tattoos within six months of the initial session. However, tattoos located on the hands, fingers, feet, or above the neck do not qualify for this free service. Touch-ups in these areas will be provided at an additional cost.

For our out of state clients that have visited Tattoos by Noelle™ ; we will make measures to accommodate you upon your return to the Sunshine State.
