With deep roots in both New Jersey and Virginia, I (TattoosbyNoelle ™) started drawing at a very young age and I have been passionately creating custom tattoos in Florida since the year 2019, starting back in Hernando County and most recently establishing my practice here in beautiful Citrus County. I have always focused on providing a serene and professional studio environment for my clients. Driven by my love of reading and creativity, I envisioned opening my own shop that would uniquely blend the charm of a used bookstore with the artistry of a tattoo shop. I set this ambitious goal, and I proudly achieved it on April 7th, 2025, when I completed my first tattoo in my very own shop, Ink Therapy!
